1. Empty contents of can into a food processor, reserve one handful for garnish.
  2. Add water, tahini, garlic, salt, and lemon and pulse, slowly adding 6 up to tbsp of oil until desired texture and thickness is achieved.
  3. Plate hummus, top with remaining chickpeas, drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil, sprinkle cumin, and top with parsley. Enjoy!
