Ingredients
- 2 cups Dunya Harvest Organic Canned Chick Peas
- 1/2 cup Water (more if needed)
- 4 tbsp Tahini
- 2 garlic cloves
- 7 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 1 tbsp cumin, ground
- 2 tablespoons Salt to taste
- 1 handful Parsley chopped

Instructions
- Empty contents of can into a food processor, reserve one handful for garnish.
- Add water, tahini, garlic, salt, and lemon and pulse, slowly adding 6 up to tbsp of oil until desired texture and thickness is achieved.
- Plate hummus, top with remaining chickpeas, drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil, sprinkle cumin, and top with parsley. Enjoy!
